- Participate in the development of software applications using Java.
- Work with Oracle PL/SQL databases to design, develop, and manage database solutions.
- Contribute to real projects within the banking industry, collaborating with senior developers and project managers.
- Engage in continuous learning and development activities to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Work effectively within a team, participating in meetings, providing updates, and collaborating on tasks.
- Undergo regular performance evaluations and provide feedback on the training process.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interest in software development and technology.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to the 6-month training program.
- Flexibility to work either from home or from the office as needed.
