Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:1. Management
- Organizing the annual plan/target activities, incidence to solve, system support and providing report for actual system support effort man-days
- Identify opportunities that can improve system support method
- Receive and approve knowledge transfer of application functionality and guide line from project team
- Keep confidentiality of the company database and other confidential matters
2.Technical
- Provide technical support, analyzing, debugging and troubleshooting end to end company multi-platform software app (desktop, mobile, web)
- Create mitigation plan / tools / necessary changes to solve the system issue
- Support for installing / uninstall application
3.Others – ad hoc
- Involved in analysis and design system requirement & specification, develop, test and evaluate the new enhancement/existing system of projects which assigned by superiors
Requirements:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information TechnologyEXPERIENCE:
- With 1 -2 years experiences as technical system support or being programmer in software development
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
– Know to troubleshoot errors and debugging the company enterprise software and ETL which build on top of multiple programming language (Delphi, Java, Kotlin, C#, .NET, PHP, Pentaho Data Integration, SQL Server Integration Services)
– Proficiency with database query languages (SQL) and good knowledge of relational database (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL)
– Know how to operate Nexus as a company support system
– Know about operating system (Windows and Android) as well as install/uninstall softwareBUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:
– Forestry supply chain
– Analytical and problem-solving skills
