The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our website content, conducting keyword research, and implementing SEO strategies to increase our online presence and drive organic traffic. You will work closely with the content and marketing teams to ensure all SEO practices are aligned with the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive keyword research to guide content creators.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and tags to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our SEO strategy.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.
- Prepare detailed reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Ideal ProfileQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years proven experience as an SEO Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Experience with website optimization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other SEO-related courses.
