Job description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs and procedures.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformances.
- Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on quality criteria.
- Manage supplier relationships and address quality issues with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Exposure working in reputable company|Global exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
- At least 5 years of Quality Supervisor experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, FSSC, HSE,
- Proficient in auditing quality systems
- Extensive leadership experience is required
- Proficiency in English is a MUST
- Willingness to be based in Central Java as required
