Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the software products by developing and executing comprehensive test plans and cases. This is a hybrid position based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Key Responsibilities:
- Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of product quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Prior work experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Fluent in written and spoken Business English.
- Familiarity with Python programming language.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Katalon, Selenium, Appium, and/or TestComplete.
- Experience in project management roles.
- Understanding of SaaS products and Agile development methodology.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
