- S1 Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations analysis or similar fields.
- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience using statistical and database software (Statistic, data analysis, such as Python, R, or SQL , Project Management, Improvement, Data visualization, ETL concept, advanced in excel & google sheet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities :1. Identifying operational issues, concerns, requirements and propose opportunities for improvement.
2. Gathering field information at all branches and determining appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information and data.
3. Analyzing the operational activities of a business to help increase TAT, efficiency, improve customer service and optimize overall operations.
4.
