- Utilize Process Mining tools to analyze and understand business processes within an organization
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business goals.
- Provide consulting services to help organizations optimize and streamline their processes using Process Mining solutions.
- Work with other IT teams to integrate Process Mining tools with existing systems and databases.
- Ensure seamless data flow and connectivity for accurate process mining results.
- Perform data modelling, analysis and extraction of meaningful insights from the data.
- Visualize insights and analysis in dashboard and reporting tools.
- Integrate critical analysis with automated action for follow up and correction
- Monitor and continuously track the performance of optimized processes based on process mining insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project/initiative goals.
- Act as a bridge between Process Mining and Automation Factory to ensure a holistic and seamless solution
Who we’re looking for
- Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System/Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
- Having 3-5 years working experience in IT area of Process Mining and/or Data Analytic.
- Having strong analytical mindset to interpret data, recognize patterns, and propose solutions.
- Having strong analysis skills, including the ability to use tools such as SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Having skills and knowledge of data integration and data ingestion such as various databases knowledge, API, webhooks, or middleware.
- Having skills and knowledge to visualize analysis in a report or dashboard using tools such as Power BI
- Familiar with cloud computing infrastructures, services and resources such as AWS
- Previous roles in process improvement, data analysis, or business intelligence may be beneficial.
- Business acumen and process knowledge in Finance area
