Job description: PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting our clients, A System Integration firm, to find the best talents for Gen AI Engineer, with requirements as below:
- Collaborate with multidisciplitnary teams to understand client requirements and translate them into Generative AI prototypes and demos
- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and algorithms for prototyping purposes, ensuring scalability, creativity, and efficiency
- Create production-grade demos highlighting the capabilities of Generative AI solutions, tailored to meet specific clients needs and preferences
- Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand their objectives, and refine prototypes and demos accordingly.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during client presentations and demonstrations, effectively showcasing the unique features and potential application of Generative AI solutions.
- Explore and stay updated on the latest developments in Generative AI Technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance demo capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the development team to transition successful prototypes into full-scale, production-ready Generative AI Solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. A PhD is a plus
- Proven experience (+2 years) working as an AI engineer, specifically focusing on Generative AI, prototyping, and delivering demos in a client-facing role.
- Strong proficiency in Generative AI, deep learning, and neural networks, with hands-on experience in implementing advanced Generative AI models and algorithms.
- Expertise in programming language such as Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with Generative AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformer Models).
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
