Focusing on the fact that Indonesian consumers are super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app.IntroductionPoplite by Populix has a Campus Ambassador Program to help students develop their skills and personal growth, expand their networks, and provide a platform for exchanging information on courses, experiences, webinars, scholarships, and research materials.As an External Relations Officer, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining partnerships, engaging with the community to enhance our collaborative efforts, and providing exceptional customer service for Poplite’s inquiries.What will you do:
- Foster and nurture relationships with Campus Ambassadors to encourage sustainable business practices and foster loyalty.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking the performance of Campus Ambassadors.
- Co-lead initiative to grow the Campus Ambassador Program.
- Responsible for Campus Ambassador legal documents.
- Assist and handle inquiries from Poplite users
- Responsible for filtering qualified Poplite leads
What will you need:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- Min. 1 year of experience in partnership or related field.
- Strong structural communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in English is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
