- Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and instrument and document the process in their respective logbooks.
- Handle and troubleshoot production and packaging machine breakdowns.
- Monitor and maintain the alarm management system in the production and packaging area.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), follow safety and health regulations, and report any unsafe working conditions to their superiors.
- Collaborate with other department related with technical aspect for investigation when needed (e.g., utility, lab, etc.)
- Participate in training programs such as Back Up Training (Cross Training Program), GMP Training, Environment & Safety Training, and others provided by their superiors.
- Act as a firewatcher responsible for issuing permits and monitoring areas or regions with open flames/hot work, preventing fires/injuries during hot work, monitoring the area before the hot work begins, using fire extinguishers in case of early-stage fires, and contacting emergency responders when necessary.
- Responsible to keep abreast site safety & quality requirement and specific compliance policy and standards at daily work.
- Demonstrate quality leadership behavior, promotes a quality culture, and proactively supports cGMP compliance.
- Promote the site SHE culture, including but not limited to, the interdependency safety culture.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum D3 / Bachelor Degree of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Open for fresh graduate or 1 year experience in manufacture industry
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java with contract based
