This involves forming strong partnerships, integrating closely with account operations, and fostering mutual benefits by matching the needs with values (triple win partnership).You will also act a leader in their ecosystem coordinating with cross-functional team to deliver and execute resolutions to specific challenges identified in order to achieve business goals in their ecosystem.The OpportunityResponsible for capturing timely data about his/her customer interactions and insights using EpiCX in order to contribute to better customer knowledge and insight-driven action. Analyze insights to understand opportunities / customer problems and take timely action / response as well as gather and analyze competitive intelligence dataStrategic account planning focus on value creation: involves a structured and proactive methodology to understand the needs, goals, opportunities and challenges/pain points of individual accounts and to devise tailored strategies and cross-functional plans that help deliver on the triple win.Connect cancer patient navigator (CPN) and trained oncology nurse to hospital practice to improve patient adherence and outcome, Collaborate with PJP to educate pharmacists & nurses on Roche products & hospital partners and internal teams to drive project successPatient nt Support Program (PILAR) Management in collaboration with hospital PIC and PSP team, include: agreement with hospitals, stock availability in hospital, and drive awareness of program benefits to relevant stakeholders. Address and solve complex reimbursement issues, engaging with relevant hospital stakeholders and authorities like regional BPJS.Ensure implementation of RCA in hospital according to approved terms and conditions as well as quarterly evaluation of volume achievement (share report, insights and review decision) in volume discount program / impact of other RCAs to business in the accountsStock and Supply Chain ManagementWho you areYou should hold Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Healthcare, Business, etc.) with at least 3 – 5 years of relevant experienceYou should have proven experience in healthcare account management, negotiation, and strategic planning.You should have strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital management and pharmaceutical programs.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
