Job description: Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver various consulting projects, including industry research, business strategy, branding, and data analysis.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and team members.
- Build and manage strong client relationships.
- Ensure the quality of all project deliverables.
- Contribute to business development activities, including generating proposals and acquiring new clients.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing them with feedback and guidance.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, finance, or marketing (MBA or other relevant Master’s degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, market research, or management consulting.
- Experience in industries such as construction, insurance, retail, healthcare, or private equity is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel (and/or Python).
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
