Job description: Line of Service Internal Firm ServicesIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism IFS – Brand & CommunicationsManagement Level AssociateJob Description & Summary We are seeking a Brand and Communication Strategy Assistant to join our team and assist in developing and implementing effective branding strategies. In this role, you will primarily focus on brand strategy, performance, governance as well as Public Relations. You will work closely with the senior marketing communication team to ensure brand consistency, drive the success of our brand initiatives, and support the roll out of Public Relations plans, based on the campaign objectives.ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy and PerformanceAssist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and initiatives to enhance brand differentiation and market presence.Support the measurement and evaluation of brand performance by using relevant tools and metrics.Assist in managing brand equity by tracking brand health metrics and implementing strategies to enhance brand perception and loyalty.Conduct market research and analysis to identify competitive landscape and brand opportunities to inform brand decisions and strategic communication approaches.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management and strategic communication.Brand GovernanceEnsure brand consistency across all brand touchpoints to maintain a strong and consistent brand image by providing guidance on brand compliance.Assist in reviewing and providing input on marketing plans, brand control, naming convention, co-branding, domain, and design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand campaigns and initiatives, including advertising, digital marketing, events, and social media.Assist in managing brand assets, including visual identity and brand collateral.Public RelationsContribute to project management activities including identifying project tasks and developing project schedules.Support the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up activities for project management meetings.Develop compelling content for various platforms, including video, infographics, and other creative content for external affairs and social campaigns.Write, create, edit, and/or contribute to other communications projects as needed, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience: 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, strategic communication, or a related role.Qualifications:Strong understanding of branding principles, strategic communication concepts, and best practices.Previous experience in market research techniques and tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
