Job description: Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational FMCG company, we are seeking a professional with 6-10+ years of working experience in R&D packaging that will work closely with regional team to provide packaging solutions that drive business growth. This job will be based in West Java, Indonesia.Job Responsibilities:
- Lead packaging productivity projects in SEA market, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.
- Manage packaging projects covering size changes, structure changes, and other technical support areas.
- Develop new packaging materials, functions, formats, and engineering introductions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, PCM, MSC, Procurement, R&D product team, Quality, and Global R&D.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, labs, and colleges.
- Apply new packaging technologies locally through strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in packaging development, preferably in the food industry or FMCG.
- Project management skills, able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and computer skills.
