Job description: Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational AdTech (Programmatic) company looking for a Associate Director Sales position, highly preferable from a MarTech/AdTech company background. The job is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a hybrid working arrangement.Responsibilities:
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure of contracts with advertisers and agencies to run mobile advertising campaigns (App Retargeting and Programmatic UA) on our programmatic DSP platform.
- Work closely with our global marketing team to boost our brand visibility and attend important events.
- Feel confident leading our business development initiatives in your designated market sectors/locations.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- You are a people person; deal hunting is your passion.
- Comprehensive knowledge in app performance advertising and of the RTB environment.
- Deep understanding of MMPs, SSPs, and other ecosystem players.
- Advanced data interpretation and analytics skills to efficiently extract insights from large datasets on a regular basis.
